Order Cancellation Policy

At Mngdesigns, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains when and how cancellations can be made, and how refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Instead, you may request a return in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  3. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exceptions

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Customized or special-order items (if applicable) may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails, the order will be automatically canceled, and no charges will be applied.
